This was a commission build and also a pretty good detox from all the massive builds I’ve been working as of late. The kit itself is pretty simple, but it does have some seamlines on the shoulders, forearms and legs that need fixing. As for detailing, the blue on the side of the thighs need to be masked and painted, the stripes on the biceps, thighs, skirts and ankle guards need to be painted black, the little vulcans on the chest yellow and the white thrusters on the core fighter. I also swapped out the clear plastic on the chest for a green gem stciker.
I do like that you get 2 sets of heads, one for the normal version and one for hyper mode.
Painting
White – Mr Color Grey FS (???) base coat, Mr Color GX Cool White is used for shading/highlight effect
Blue – Mr Gundam Color AEUG Blue (90%) + Purple (10%). White is added for shading.
Red – Mr Color Shine Red, White and Yellow added for shading effect
Yellow – Base coat Mr Color Orange (100%), followed by starter white technique, then Mr Color GX Yellow (30%) + Mr Color Orange Yellow (70%) mist coat. White and yellow added for further hightlights.
Gold – Gaianotes Starbright Gold
